PRIVATE AND SEMI-PRIVATE RIDING LESSONS
Coaching and training tailored to you and your horses improvement, at your own home or yard. (We can also arrange arena hire at other venues)From beginners to those at low level competition. NLP COACHING AND WORKSHOPS
Most clients will see and feel positive changes after just one session! Please book your FREE call before an NLP session to enable me to understand your individual challenges and prepare sessions to best help you. NLP coaching is done as a one-to-one session and usually requires 1-1.5 hours.These sessions can be in person, on the phone or video call. I will construct questions that start to chip away at old problems and negative beliefs and then teach you a technique to help you both re-asses, realign and maintain a new positive outlook. After sessions you will receive follow up emails with details of your session inc any instructions for the techniques used and you can also ask any questions you may have after.
